Trophy Mom will only accept a returned product and provide a full refund or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect in your purchased product.

LOST/STOLEN

 

We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Keep in mind, if tracking information states an order was delivered, we are not responsible for reshipping the product. Please contact the carrier in this regard. 

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to trophymomllc@gmail.com within 2 days after the product has been received. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

Customers will be responsible for reshipment costs for any orders returned due to the wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment.
