Anytime I went to Olive Garden, chicken parmesan would be my go-to dish! But the more I start cooking at home the more I realized all the flavor these restaurants lacked! This dish is simple to make and is full of flavor! You won’t order another pasta dish when you go out to dinner because you’ll be thinking “I can make this better myself”!

For thick chicken breasts, use a meat mallet to pound them thinner or slice in half. This will ensure breasts cook more evenly.

The thinner the chicken breasts are the faster they will cook.

Adding oil or butter to noddles will prevent them from sticking.

Seasoning noodles adds extra flavor to dish.


Three Cheese Chicken Parmesan Recipe

  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • 2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce

  • 1 box spaghetti noodles

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 4 slices provolone cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Preparing Noodles

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package.

  2. Drain noodles.

  3. Add 1tbsp butter and lightly season with italian seasoning.

  4. Set aside.

Preparing Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Add milk and egg to a bowl and whisk until well combined.

  3. In another bowl, add Italian breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.

  4. Light season chicken breasts.

  5. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture then in breadcrumbs. Coating well.

  6. Heat oil in pan and fry breast until golden brown on each side.

  7. Remove and set aside when done.

  8. In a baking dish, add 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce to bottom of dish.

  9. Add chicken to dish and top with spaghetti sauce

  10. Then top each breast with provolone, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  11. Lightly season with italian seasoning and add fresh parsley.

  12. Bake for 20 mins or until inside temp reaches 165 degrees.

  13. Add noodles and sauce to a plate.

  14. Place chicken breasts on bed of noodles.

  15. Serve with garlic bread or side salad

  16. Enjoy!
