These fries are the perfect late night snack or weekend meal when you want something quick and good! Don't forget your lemon pepper sprinkles!

Use frozen chicken tenders for a quicker process
Try fresh cut fries for an even better taste!
This recipe makes enough for 2-3 people so adjust measurements accordingly.
For crispier tenders, let them sit about 5 minutes before frying so that flour will stick
Drain chicken on metal rack vs paper towels to keep them crispy
Do Not over season chicken sauce will add all the flavor!
Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

Ingredients
4 Fresh cut potatoes or 1 bag of frozen fries
6 chicken tenderloins or frozen tenders
2 cups flour
2 eggs
Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Buffalo Sauce Ingredients ⠀
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce (NOT BUFFALO)⠀
1/2 stick butter ⠀
2 tablespoons brown sugar ⠀
2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
Directions ⠀
Fried Tenders
Preheat deep fryer to 350 or Pot of oil
Lightly season chicken tenders
Lightly season flour
Whisk together 2 eggs
Dip seasoned tenders in flour mix, eggs then back in flour mix
Let sit for 5 minutes before frying
When oil is hot, add tenders and fry until golden brown
Buffalo Sauce
Add butter to pot⠀
Once melted add in remaining ingredients ⠀
Whisk until fully combined ⠀
Remove from heat and pour over tenders when ready to use
Sprinkle with lemon pepper sprinkles and drizzle with ranch!
