Listen yall I will pretty much jerk anything like my Jerk Chicken Alfredo pizza for instance! And for those who aren’t fans of red sauce this creamy jerk alfredo sauce is perfect for you! There is so much flavor in this one dish from the chicken to the peppers to the sauce! Prepare for this to be a family favorite!

  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts

  • 1 box Pasta Noodles (I used Penne) ⠀

  • 1 Green Pepper⠀

  • 1 Red pepper⠀

  • 3 stalks green onion (a yellow onion will work just fine)

  • 3 cloves garlic ⠀


  • Jamaican all purpose seasoning ⠀

  • Jamaican jerk powder ⠀

  • Natures Seasoning (or just salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder)⠀

  • Jamaican Allspice ⠀

  • Thyme

  • 1 tsp browning sauce⠀


  • 2 cups heavy cream ⠀

  • 1 cup chicken broth ⠀

  • 5 oz shredded Parmesan cheese ⠀

  • 1 tbsp walkerswood jerk marinade seasoning

  • Jerk Powder (season to taste)

  • Nature’s Seasoning (season to taste)



  1. Mince all veggies and set aside⠀

  2. Season both sides of chicken with jamaican all purpose seasoning, jerk seasoning, natures seasoning, Jamaican allspice, and thyme.

  3. Place Chicken in bowl and add teaspoon of browning sauce ⠀

  4. Make sure chicken in completely covered in sauce ⠀

Preparing Chicken

  1. Preheat oil in pan on medium heat

  2. Add chicken and Sear each side until fully cooked through (7-12 mins)

  3. Remove chicken from pan and set aside to rest⠀

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to pan which will help loosen up chicken drippings⠀

  5. Add all veggies except garlic⠀

  6. Sauté 5-7 mins ⠀

  7. Add in garlic and sauté one addtl min ⠀

  8. Add in heavy cream and bring to a low boil⠀

  9. Add in chicken broth ⠀

  10. Lightly season with natures seasoning and jerk seasoning

  11. Stir and let simmer on low heat⠀

  12. Taste sauce (I always end up adding a lot more jerk seasoning lol) ⠀

  13. Plate pasta and Enjoy!
