Delicious cornbread muffins topped with butter and honey!
Honey Cornbread Muffins
One thing I am not is a good baker! I’ve tried making my own cornbread twice and it just didn‘t taste like what I wanted so I‘m going to stick with Jiffy! I tweaked it to my liking and it‘s perfect every single time. I’m sure you’ll love this recipe too! Quick, easy and tasty!
Honey Cornbread Muffins Recipe
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 Cup milk
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (mix will be slightly lumpy but break down any huge chunks)
Pour mix into muffin pan/cups.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Check center with toothpick for doneness.
Top with butter and drizzle with honey.
