Easy Potato Skillet

Fried potatoes are my thiiiiiinnggg! Really any type of potatoes, but for the purpose of this recipe I'm going to hype up fried potatoes! I make them so perfect with the right amount of crisp. I could literally eat them all day, no lie. The peppers and sausage are just the icing on top!

If you want to get really fancy try these with my Cheesy Grits and Red Cajun Gravy recipe!

Trophy Mom Tips

I like to season my potatoes every 10 minutes or so. Lightly season and taste as you go.

The bigger you cut the potatoes the longer they'll take to cook. The smaller the faster.

You could also drizzle potatoes with olive oil and season prior to cooking
