Chicken can be fried or grilled
You can also use frozen or pre-made chicken strips for an quicker process.
This recipe wont have measurements because the amount you use is your choice!
The smaller you cut everything the easier it will be to roll the wrap.
Ingredients
(* recipe yields two servings)
2 Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
Shredded Cheese
Ranch
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Shredded Cheese
Ranch Dressing
Spinach Tortilla Wraps
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Directions
Preparing Fried Tenders
Preheat oil in cast iron pot
Season chicken well.
Pour flour in ziplock bag or bowl and season well.
Add egg to separate bowl and whisk.
Dip chicken in flour, then in the egg, then back in flour.
Let Chicken rest 3-5 minutes before frying so that flour will stick.
Add tenders tenders to oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove when done and set aside.
Preparing Wrap
Drizzle ranch on wrap.
Then add chicken and toppings.
Drizzle more ranch on top (optional)
Fold wrap.
Cut in half and Enjoy!
Can be served with fries or baked potato chips!
