Trophy Mom Tips

  • You can use any chicken parts you have on hand! (ex: chicken thighs)

  • You can create chicken broth using 1 chicken bouillon cube boiled into 2 cups water.

  • You can use any array of colored peppers.

  • Cornstarch is used to thicken your gravy. If your gravy ends up too thick, dont panic! Just pour in a little more chicken broth.

  • Gravy thickens as it sits, so just add little water or broth to bring it back to life!

  • Paprika and Butter in this recipe are used to give chicken that beautiful brown color!

  • For Crispier chicken, you can place under broiler for 3-4 mins (Watch it carefully!)
